Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which TechPharma processes fee refund requests for its pharmaceutical education and training courses.

Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided that training sessions for the enrolled course have not yet commenced. Refund requests made after the course has started will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Cases

Registration fees, and any amount corresponding to training sessions already attended, are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for students discontinuing the course after 30% or more of the scheduled sessions have been delivered.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@techpharma.co.in or call +91 7569957613 with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10-15 business days.

Batch Rescheduling

In cases where TechPharma reschedules or cancels a batch, students will be offered the option of transferring to another available batch or receiving a full refund of the fees paid for that batch.
